Court for Default Judgment against the Defendants under the following circumstances - 1. The Summons was
served on the Defendants on 7 September 2023; 2. The dies induciae (10 days) expired on 21 September 2023;
3. The Defendants have not entered an appearance to defend the action. Default Judgment, in terms of Rule
31(5), is accordingly sought against the Defendants jointly and severely the one paying the other to be absolved
for:1. Payment of the sum of R 130 435.12; 2. Interest on the amount referred to immediately above at the rate
of 11.250% per annum from 4 May 2023 to date of payment, both dates inclusive; 3. Payment of the monthly
Insurance Premiums of R 560.52 and monthly Assurance Premiums of R 510.08 from 4 May 2023, to date of
payment, or until the date upon which the risk in and to the Mortgaged Property passes completely and vests in
a new owner, both dates inclusive. 4. Cost of suit on a scale as between attorney and client; 5. Further or
