   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(North West Division, Mahikeng) on 20 FEBRUARY 2025 in case number 708/2025 in relation to:
   A White Toyota Hilux with registration number FGG 729 NW and chassis umber AHT31UNE208014220 and
trailer home built trailer with registration number HTN 897 NW with chassis number AAPV04011705775877
seized by the Police under ZEERUST SAPS Cas NO: 13/07/2022 and SAP13 NO:96/2022. (a copy of the
application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder).
