LOST
BY VIRTUE OF SECTION 38 OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT 47 OF 1937
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply for the issue of a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of
DEED OF TRANSFER ST31980/2006 passed by ANDRE STEPHANUS VISSER, Identity Number 560901
5068 08 1, Married out of community of property in favour of H AND H PROPERTIES TRUST, Registration
Number IT660/1994(T) in respect of certain A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 14 as shown and more fully
described on Sectional Plan No SS21/1983 in the scheme known as PANORAMA ACRES in respect of the land
and building or buildings situated at CONSTANTIA PARK EXTENSION 1 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY:
CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said
sectional plan is 116 (One Hundred and Sixteen) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the
common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as
endorsed on the said sectional plan; HELD by Deed of Transfer ST31980/2006 (VA2497/2006) of which deed
ST31980/2006 (VA2497/2006) has been lost or destroyed and of which the registered duplicate copy is also lost
or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: North Gauteng at Pretoria, within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the
first publication in the Government Gazette being 16 May 2025 and the second publication 23 May 2025.
