   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South
Africa(Gauteng Division, Pretoria) on 11 APRIL 2025in case number 2025-048384in relation to: 1. An amount of
R750 889.04 and accrued interest in ABSA Limited Bank account number 4096268416 held in the name of Henry
Craill, 2. An amount of R518 817.12 and accrued interest in ABSA Bank account number 4049328150 held in the
name of Geo-Zone Consulting CC, and 3. An amount of R3 446 668.20 and accrued interest in Investec Bank
account number 50016572927-1100201506231 held in the name of Henry Craill.
