   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organized Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South
Africa(Gauteng Division, Pretoria) on 27 May 2025in case number 031246-2025 in relation to:
  Cash amount of R19 420 seized by members of the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the Mamelodi
East policing area on 15 December 2022 under police docket Mamelodi East CAS 331/12/2022 held in the
SAP13 at Mamelodi East police station with reference SAP13/1747/2022.
