Matswale, Musina on 24 November 2023 registered under case docket Musina CAS 309/11/2023 and held in the
SAP13 safe at Musina Police Station. b) a 2018 white Toyota Hilux DC 2.8 GD6 4X4 light load vehicle with
registration number FCS297L seized by members of South African Police Service on 24 November 2023
registered under case docket Musina CAS 309/11/2023 and held in the SAP13 safe at Musina Police Station.(a

Court under section 48 of the POCA for an order declaring the property forfeit to the state. The order will remain
in force until the application for a forfeiture order is finalised, and until any forfeiture order that is made is
satisfied.
