   Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
Registrar of Deeds: Western Cape Province at Cape Town intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu
of Deed of Transfer Number T47914/1999 dated 24 August 1999 passed by Bechmalt Rand (Proprietary) Limited,
No 01/02919/07 in favour of Stand 30 Christopher Street Boksburg (Proprietary) Limited, 98/13862/07, in respect
of Portion 1 of Erf 726 Boksburg East Township, Registration Division I.R., the Province of Gauteng, measuring
3 041 (three thousand and forty one) square metres which has been lost, destroyed and which available copy is
incomplete.
   All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing
