  NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 39 OF THE PREVENTION OF ORGANISED CRIME ACT 121 OF 1998

   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(Gauteng Division, Pretoria) on 05 June 2025 in case number 2025-072799 in relation to:
1. A White Toyota Corolla, with registration number DX69PWGP, chassis/VIN number AHTBB0JE300011574
and engine number 1ZRV113461 seized by members of the South African Police Services on 17 May 2024 as
per criminal case docket Cullinan CAS 102/05/2024 and held at the SAPS Cullinan Motor Vehicle Safeguarding
Pound with register number SAP13/1415/2024; and
