Court of Polokwane, with case number: 13471/2024, that her long lost brother Mr. Ronald Mamonare Makgato
with identity number 711011 5421 083, be declared and presumed dead.
Note further that the matter shall be heard in the Polokwane Local Division of High Court on the 16th of

Registrar of Deeds Limpopo at Polokwane, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer T129249/2007, dated 18 September 2007, passed by: GAME PERCAPITA PTY LTD, Registration
Number 2006/016239/07, in favour of: CLEM AND RIC CC, Registration number 2002/097501/23, in respect of:
Certain: Remaining Extent of Portion 3 of the Farm Vaalwater 137, Registration Division KR, Province of
Limpopo, in extent 1,4348 (One comma Four Three Four Eight) hectares, which has been lost or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in
writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Polokwane, 101 Dorp Street, Polokwane, 0700, within six weeks after the
date of the first publication in the Gazette.

APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF MATRIMONIAL REGIME IN TERMS OF SECTION 21(1 OF THE
MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY ACT, 88 OF 1984
1. The postnuptial execution of a notarial contract, a copy of which is attached to the Founding Affidavit of LOUIS
FRANCOIS VORSTER as annexure “LFV2” (“the Notarial Contract”), is hereby authorised, the Applicants having
agreed upon the terms thereof before their marriage.
2. The Applicants are granted leave to register the Notarial Contract with the Registrar of Deeds.
3. The Registrar of Deeds is authorised to register the Notarial Contract.
4. This order shall not prejudice the rights of creditors.
5. The registration of the Notarial Contract will regulate the matrimonial property system and the new marital regime
will be effective from date of registration.
6. This order will lapse if the Notarial Contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within three (3) months
of the date of the granting of this order.
7. Further and/or alternative relief.
IN THE ALTERNATIVE:
1. The Applicants are granted leave to change the matrimonial property system which applies to their marriage.
2. The postnuptial execution and registration of a notarial contract, a copy of which is attached to the Founding
Affidavit of LOUIS FRANCOIS VORSTER as annexure “LFV2” (“the Notarial Contract), is hereby authorised.
