order in terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of
South Africa (Gauteng Division, Pretoria) on 28 July 2025 in case number 2025-111512 in relation to: 1. A blue
Nissan X-Trail vehicle with registration KG 36 GK GP, with vin number JN1TAAT30Z002193 held at Pretoria
West pound as per SAP13/296/2025.
