   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No.121 0of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(Limpopo Local Division,Polokwane) on the 28 May 2025 case number 2025-075537 in relation to: a Maroon
Toyota Corolla 180i GSE light passenger motor vehicle with register number CGY677F, licence number
FM50ZMGP, chassis number AHT53AEB209000434 seized on 09 March 2025 by the members of the South
African Police Services (SAPS) and held at Seshego SAPS Pound under Polokwane CAS 213/03/2025 and A
White Toyota Yaris 1.3 T3+ 05 light passenger motor vehicle with register number CVX628L, licence number
CP58GVGP, chassis number JTDKW923X0J003968 seized on 09 March 2025 by the members of the South
African
   Police Services (SAPS) and held at Seshego SAPS Pound under Polokwane CAS 214/03/2025. (a copy of
the application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in paragraph 10 hereunder) .
  1. This notice is addressed to Mr. Kataka NS and any other persons who may have an interest in the property
described above.,
