   The National Director of Public Prosecutions obtained a preservation of property order in the High Court of
South Africa (East London Circuit Court ) on 19 August 2025 in case number 2025-136923 re: Cash to the
value of R14 798.61, including interest, in Capitec Bank account number 168 570 267 6 , cash to the value of
R29 913 , including interest, in Capitec Bank account number 241 775 142 5 , cash to the value of R40 069 ,
including interest, in Tyme Bank account number 511 261 988 18 , cash to the value of R40 069 , including
interest, in Tyme bank account number 511 262 301 02 , which are the proceeds of unlawful activities(a copy of
which can be obtained from the person motioned in par 9 hereunder.)
    This notice is addressed to Nkosinathi Mazubane, Qinisa Mkhungo and Yamukela Ziphozonke Maiselaand
all other persons who may have an interest in the property described above.
