   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(North West Division, Mahikeng) on 29 MAY 2025 in case number 4349/2025 in relation to:
   A White Isuzu KB 250 R/Cab pick-up vehicle with register number HGC245K, License number HCN 767 FS,
chassis number ADMMRRAR8H4822397 and Engine number 4JA13D6961 seized on 07 August 2023 and held
at Vryburg Police Station for safekeeping under Vryburg CAS number 42/08/2023 and SAP13/685/2023. (a copy
of the application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder).
