the issue of:- -CERTIFICATE OF REGISTERED TITLE in lieu of Deed of Transfer No. SK828/2006S dated 7
February 2006 passed by: JOHANNES JACOBUS BREEDT, Identity Number 571113 5100 08 6 Married out of
community of property in favour of: PETRUS BENJAMIN KOTZE, Identity Number 411126 5059 007 and
GEZINA JOHANNA KOTZE, Identity Number 470819 0058 085 Married in community of property to each other
in respect of An Exclusive Use Area described as PARKING NUMBER P72 measuring 12 (Twelve) square
metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as ERUDITI in
respect of the land and building or buildings situated at HATFIELD TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF

present whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff.
TAKE NOTICEthat by summons issued by this Court, you have been called upon to give notice within 30
days after publication hereof to the REGISTRAR OF THE HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA, GAUTENG
DIVISION, HELD AT PRETORIA, CORNER MADIBA (VERMEULEN) AND PAUL KRUGER STREET,
PRETORIA,and to the Plaintiff's legal practitioner of your intention to defend (if any) in an action wherein
EPHRAIM BOSHASHA SEPENG (IDENITITY NUMBER: 700809 5854 08 5) ,a major male currently residing at
4035 BLOCK B, MABOPANE, PRETORIA, GAUTENG
claims:
1. A decree of divorce.
2. An order that that each party will retain all moveable assets currently registered in that party's name or in
that party's possession.
3. An order that the immovable property situated at 3570 THEMBISA EXT 1, THEMBISA, GAUTENGis to be
sold for a fair market value and the proceeds thereof to be divided equally between the parties.

4. An order that should the Defendant wish to be the sole and exclusive owner of the above mentioned
immovable property the Defendant is to buy out the Plaintiff's half (50%) share in the property. The Plaintiff's
half share of the abovementioned immoveable the property will be transferred into the Defendant's name at the
Defendant's cost
5. An order that the Parties will be equally liable for any all liabilities and expenses relating to the marketing,
sale, and transfer of the immovable property.
6. An order that the Parties are to sign all documentation in order to give effect to the sale and transfer of the
immoveable property, should any of the parties fail to sign the relevant documentation, then the Sheriff in the
jurisdiction of the immovable property will have the authority to sign on such party's behalf.
7. An order that each party is to be liable for the debts incurred in that respective parties' name and absolve
the other from any liability thereto.
8. An order that neither party will claim spousal maintenance.
9. Costs of suit, only if defended.
10. Further and/or alternative relief.
TAKE NOTICE that if you fail to give such notice, judgement may be granted against you without further
notice to you.
