Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I,

NEEM ASSEBLIEF KENNIS DAARVAN DAT aansoek namens bogenoemde aansoekers gedoen sal word op
die datum en tyd wat deur die Registrateur bepaal sal word of so gou daarna as wat advokaat aangehoor kan
word, vir 'n bevel in die volgende terme:
1. Die Applikante word verlof toegestaan om die huweliksgoederestelsel wat op hul huwelik van toepassing is,
te verander deur die uitvoering en registrasie van 'n notariële kontrak, waarvan 'n konsep by die Eerste Applikant
se stigtingsverklaring aangeheg is en Bylae "2" gemerk is, en watter kontrak, na registrasie daarvoor, hul
eiendomstelsel sal reguleer;
2. Die Registrateur van Aktes: Noord-Gauteng is gemagtig om die Notariële Kontrak te registreer.
3. Die bevel:
3.1 Sal verval indien die notariële kontrak nie binne 3 (drie) maande na die datum van toekenning van hierdie
Bevel deur die Registrateur van Aktes geregistreer is nie;
3.2 Sal nie die regte van enige skuldeiser van die aansoekers benadeel op die datum van die registrasie van
die Notariële Kontrak nie;
3.3 Koste wat deur die gesamentlike boedel van die Applikante betaal moet word, behalwe waar hierdie
aansoek teengestaan word, in welke geval die koste betaal moet word deur die persoon wat verantwoordelik is
vir die opposisie hiervan; En
4. Verdere en/of alternatiewe verligting.
