   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South
Africa(Gauteng Division, Pretoria) on 10 October 2025in case number 2025-183556in relation to: 1. A cash
amount of R44 900 held in OVEX PTY LTD Standard bank account number 3273865 with reference number
SNE6EFC598F1 in the name of Sibongile Makhubela with ID number 0202021516082.
  (a copy of the application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder .)
  This notice is addressed to:
  1) Sibongile Makhubela ID number 0208021516082, whose last known address is stand number 153, Ward 09,
Mandela, Bushbuckridge, 1280, Mpumalanga Province,
  2) Ovex PTY LTD, Unit 501, The Point Mall, 76 Regent Road, Cape Town, 8005, Western Cape Province,
and all persons who may have an interest in the property described above.
