terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No.121 0of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(Limpopo Local Division, Polokwane) on the 28 October 2025 under case number2025-200085 in relation toa) a
white Mercedes Benz Axor heavy load tipper truck with registration number CCB36GP, Chassis number
WDB9421626L593825 and engine number 45795600221981 seized by members of the South African Police
Serves on 25 June 2025 at Klaarnet mine in the Sekhukhune policing area registered under Sekhukhune CAS
230/06/2025 and held at Polokwane police pound b) a white Volvo F Series truck tractor with registration number
KT55YKGP, Chassis number YV2RS02D0GM931060 and Engine number D13558797 hauling two Afrit
Tubmaster semi-trailers with registration numbers LV90LVGP and LV90LYGP seized by members of the South
African Police Serves on 11 August 2025 at Nokaneng village in the Sekhukhune policing area registered under
Sekhukhune CAS 62/08/2025 and held at Polokwane police pound with reference SAP13/594/2025 and Loads of
chrome found in the white Mercedes Benz Axor heavy load tipper truck with registration number CCB36GP and
in the two Afrit Tubmaster semi-trailers with registration numbers LV90LVGP and LV90LYGP seized by
members of the South African Police Serves on 25 June 2025 at Klaarnet mine and registered under Sekhukhune
CAS 230/06/2025 and on 11 August 2025 at Nokaneng village in the Sekhukhune policing area registered under
Sekhukhune CAS 62/08/2025 and held at Polokwane police pound. (a copy of the application and order can be
obtained from the person mentioned in paragraph 10 hereunder).
