PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that application will be made on behalf of the First and Second Applicants on the 9th
of February 2026 at 10h00 or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an order in the following terms:
1. That the First and Second Applicants be granted leave, in terms of Section 21 of the Matrimonial Property
Act, 88 of 1984, to change the Matrimonial Property System which applies to their marriage;
2. That the Matrimonial Property System applying to the First and Second Applicants be changed by
executing and registering a Notarial Contract having the effect of an Antenuptial Contract, which Contract, after
registration thereof, will regulate their Matrimonial Property System;
3. That the Order will lapse if the Notarial Contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within 2 (two)
months of the date of the granting of this order;
4. The order will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the First and Second Applicants as at date of the
Notarial Contract;
5. Granting the Applicant such further and/or alternative relief as may be appropriate under the circumstances.
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the affidavits of EVANGELOS FLORIAS and POLYMNIA FLORIAS annexed
hereto will be used in support thereof.
