                                           Provisional liquidation order
  IT IS ORDERED THAT:
  1. A formal amendment to the name of the respondent is granted to reflect the name of the respondent as
K2022657018 (Pty) Ltd t/a Oraga.
  2. Respondent is placed in provisional liquidation.
  3. A rule nisi is issued, calling upon all interested persons to appear in the above Court on 3 March 2026 at
10:00 or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, to show cause, if any, why the following order should not
be granted:
     (3.1) That the respondent be placed in final liquidation.
     (3.2) That the costs of this application, on a part and party scale, be costs in the liquidation.
  4. That a copy of the provisional liquidation be served:
       (4.1) On the South African Revenue Services in accordance with section 346A(1)(c) of the Companies
Act, 61 of 1973 ("the Act").
        (4.2) On the respondent at its registered address in accordance with section 346A(1)(d) of the Act, via
the sheriff; and
       (4.3) The Master of the High Court, by hand;
       (4.4) Any trade unions in terms of section 346A(1)(a) of the Act;
       (4.5) Any employees of the respondent in terms of section 346A(1)(b) of the Act.
  5. That a copy of this order be published in one copy of:
       (5.1) The Government Gazette; and
       (5.2) The Cape Times.
  6. In terms of section 357(a) of the Act read with section 19 of the Insolvency Act, 24 of 1936 ("Insolvency
Act"):
        (6.1) The Registrar shall transmit a copy of this order to the Sheriff of the province in which the
Respondent's registered address is situated and every Sheriff of every other province in which it appears that
the Respondent owns business
      (6.2) The Sheriff shall attach all property which appears to belong to the respondent and transmit to the
Maser an inventory of all property attached by him or her in terms of section 19 of the Insolvency Act.
