( a copy of the application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par 9 hereunder).

   The National Director of Public Prosecutions applied for and was granted a preservation of property order in
terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No. 121 of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(North West Division, Mahikeng) on 18 SEPTEMBER 2025 in case number 3971/2025 in relation to:
   A White Volkswagen VW 25X Polo Vivo Light passenger vehicle with register number HHM376K, License
number MF18SHGP, Chassis number AAVZZZ6RZJU005140 and Engine number CLP293524 seized on 12
August 2025 under Mahikeng CAS 152/08/2025 and held at Mahikeng Vehicle Identification Safeguarding Unit
under SAPS13/153/2025. ( a copy of the application and order can be obtained from the person mentioned in par
