Registrar of Deeds: North Gauteng at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer ST113513/2007 dated 22 August 2007, passed by the: Estate Late ERROL DRUKER LEVIN, in favour
of: IVOR WILFRED LEVIN, Born on 2 September 1956, married out of community of property and BARRY
PHILIP LEVIN, Identity Number 571201 5043 081, Unmarried. in respect of certain Unit consisting of Section
No. 7 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 91/1986 in the scheme known as GOLDEN
POND in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ATHOLL GARDENS TOWNSHIP, LOCAL
AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY , of which section the floor area,
according to the said sectional plan is 282 (Two Hundred and Eighty Two) square metres in extent, which has
been lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
   All interested persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same
