Pretoria intend to issue of a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of DEED OF TRANSFER T612/1889 in favour
of: RANDFONTEIN ESTATES LIMITED. in respect of certain: PORTION 1 OF THE FARM MIDDELVEI NO.
255, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q, THE PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, MEASURING 21.7348 (TWENTY ONE
COMMA SEVEN THREE FOUR EIGHT) HECTARES which has been lost or destroyed.
   All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy Certificate are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at North Gauteng, National Department of Agriculture, Land Reform
& Rural Development Building, 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria Central, Pretoria, 0002 within six weeks from
the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
