Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for
the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER ST54-1/2008 passed by The Registrar of Deeds
Mpumalanga, in favour of: KGALAGADIRED TRADERS CC, REG NO: CK 2006/068122/23, in respect of

Registrar of Deeds, Western Cape, Cape Town at Cape Town, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in
