Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act 1937, I the
Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Sectional Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer No ST119971/2007 dated 3 September 2007 passed in favour of
LOUISE PETRONELLA STOKKER, Identity Number 4311040079086, Married out of community of property
in respect of a Unit consisting of
(a) Section No. 13 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 935/2005 in the scheme
known as SPRINGBOK PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 1462
PRETORIUSPARK EXTENSION 18 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE
METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 128
(One Hundred and Twenty Eight) square metres in extent and
(b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance
with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
Which together with the registry duplicate has been lost or destroyed.

APPLICANT
TAKE NOTICE that on the 28th of April 2026 at 10h00 or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the
above-mentioned applicants will apply to the abovementioned Honourable Court, for an order in the following
terms:
1. That the applicants are given leave, in terms of Section 21 (1) of the Matrimonial Property Act No 88/1984,
to effect the execution and registration of a notarial contract, a draft whereof is annexed to the application
marked Annexure “BN3” , which contract will regulate their matrimonial property system, once registered;
2. The Registrar of Deeds is authorised to register the notarial contract;
3. In the alternative, that the late registration of Antenuptial Agreement with Pretoria Deeds Office registration
number H05455/2019 is condoned, which condonation will have the effect that the said Antenuptial Agreement
will have the same legal effect as if registered prior to the Marriage of the First and Second Applicant
4 This order –
4.1 will lapse if the notarial contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within 3 (three) months of the
date of the granting of this order; and
4.2 will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the applicants as at date of registration of the contract;
5. Further and/or alternate relief.
