terms of section 38 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, No.121 0of 1998 in the High Court of South Africa
(Limpopo Division, Polokwane) on the 18 December 2025 in case number 2025-245313 in relation to: a 2018
white Toyota Hilux DC 2.8 GD6 4x4 motor vehicle with registration number KZ 00 MB GP, Chassis number
AHTHA3CDX03422066 and Engine number 1GD0407879 seized by the members of the South African Police
Services near Pienaarsrivier policing area on 01 August 2025 under Pienaarsrivier CAS 01/08/2025 held at
Pienaarsrivier Police pound with reference SAPS 13/111/2025. (a copy of the application and order can be
