              Resolution: 3, 4 and 7
            3.        THAT the Provisional/Liquidator's(s') be and is hereby authorized to institute any legal action, in any
   Court of Law, that may be considered necessary in the interest of the Estate, or in respect of any matter affecting the
   Estate, including the continuation of any legal action instituted prior to winding-up. Further, the
   Provisional/Liquidator's(s') actions to date in instituting any such actions are hereby ratified and confirmed.
            4.        THAT the Provisional/Liquidator's(s') be and is hereby authorized to obtain legal opinion from an
   attorney and/or counsel, where such opinion be considered necessary in the interest of the Estate, or in respect of any
   matter affecting the Estate. Further, that the Provisional/Liquidator's(s') actions to date in obtaining such opinions are
   hereby ratified and confirmed.
            7.        THAT the Provisional/Liquidator's(s') be and is hereby authorized to investigate any apparent
   voidable or undue preferences and/or any dispositions, and to take any steps which he, at his discretion may deem
   necessary, including the instituting of legal action and the engaging of attorneys and/or counsel, to set aside such
   preferences or dispositions, and to proceed to the final end or determination thereof, or to abandon same at any time,
   and that all costs incurred in terms hereof shall be treated as administration costs of the Estate. Further, that the
   Provisional/Liquidator's(s') actions to date relating hereto are hereby ratified and confirmed..
