 any such actions are hereby ratified and confirmed. 4. THAT the Liquidator(s) be and is hereby authorised to obtain
 legal opinion from an attorney and/or counsel, where such opinion be considered necessary in the interest of the Estate,
 or in respect of any matter affecting the Estate. Further, that the Liquidator's(s') actions to date in obtaining such
 opinions are hereby ratified and confirmed. 5. THAT the Liquidator(s) be and is hereby authorised, at his discretion,
 to convene and hold an enquiry into the affairs of the Company and/or any matter relating to the Estate, and for such
 purposes to engage the services of attorneys, counsel, recording agents and/or any other professional person to assist
 in, and prepare for, the said enquiry, and to summon any person deemed necessary to be present at the enquiry, and
 that all the costs and expenses incurred in relation hereto shall be administration costs of the Estate. Further, that the
 Liquidator's(s') actions to date in convening and holding an enquiry are hereby ratified and confirmed, and that the
 costs incurred to date shall be treated as administration costs of the Estate. 7. THAT the Liquidator(s) be and is hereby
 authorised to investigate any apparent voidable or undue preferences and/or any dispositions, and to take any steps
 which he, at his discretion may deem necessary, including the instituting of legal action and the engaging of attorneys
 and/or counsel, to set aside such preferences or dispositions, and to proceed to the final end or determination thereof,
 or to abandon same at any time, and that all costs incurred in terms hereof shall be treated as administration costs of
 the Estate. Further, that the Liquidator's(s') actions to date relating hereto are hereby ratified and confirmed. 8. THAT
 the Liquidator(s) be and is hereby authorised, for the purpose of instituting or defending any legal action, obtaining
 opinions, conducting enquiries or attending to arbitration, to engage the services of attorneys and/or counsel and/or
 any other professional person, and that the choice of such persons be at the Liquidator's(s') sole discretion. The costs
 of such services are hereby confirmed as being on an attorney-and-own-client basis, the applicable rate to be agreed
 by the Liquidator(s) at his sole discretion, and all such costs shall be treated as administration costs of the Estate.
 Further, that the Liquidator's(s') actions to date in relation hereto, and the choice of representation, are hereby ratified
 and confirmed. 9. THAT the Liquidator(s) be and is hereby authorised to collect all and any outstanding debts due to
 the Corporation or Estate, and in so doing to either sell, compound, compromise or abandon any of such debts for such
 sum and on such terms and conditions as he may deem fit, and that he is hereby empowered to engage the services
 of any person/s which he, at his sole discretion, may deem necessary and appropriate to assist him in collecting such

 debts, and that all costs so incurred shall be treated as administration costs of the Estate. Further, the Liquidator's(s')
 actions to date relating to the collection of debts are hereby ratified and confirmed. 21. THAT the Liquidator(s) be and
 is hereby authorised, at his discretion, to admit or compromise any claim submitted against the Estate, whether
 liquidated or unliquidated, as a liquidated claim in terms of the provisions of Section 66 of the Close Corporations Act,
 as read with the provisions of Section 78(3) of the Insolvency Act, as amended, provided that such claim has been
 tendered to proof at a meeting of creditors. END
