     Ingevolge artikels 41 en 42 van die Insolvensiewet, 1936, artikels 179 en 182 van die Maatskappywet, 1926,en
artikels 339 en 366 van die Maatskappywet, 1973, word hierby kennis gegee dat ’n byeenkoms van skuldeisers in
die gesekwestreerde boedels of maatskappye in likwidasie hieronder vermeld, gehou sal word.
     Die besonderhede word verstrek in die volgorde: (1) nommer van boedel/maatskappy; (2) die naam en
beskrywing van boedel/maatskappy; (3) die datum, uur en plek van byeenkoms en (4) die doel van byeenkoms. (5)
enige additionele aanhangsels of resolusies.
     In ’n plek waar ’n kantoor van ’n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en in ander plekke voor die
Landdros gehou.

   9 That the Trustee(s) be and is/are hereby authorised by the creditors in terms of Section 73 of the Insolvency Act, 24
          of 1936, as amended, to waive the taxation by the Taxing Master of the High Court of the fees and disbursements
          of Attorneys. The prior written authorisation by creditors is hereby waived and the actions taken by the
          Trustees(s) is/are hereby ratified.
   13 That the Trustee(s) be and is/are hereby authorised to sell any movable or immovable property of the estate of
   whatsoever description and including outstanding debts by public auction, public tender or private treaty in such
   manner, upon such terms and conditions and for such amounts as he/she/they may deem fit, and the costs incurred in
   relation thereto will be deemed part of the administration costs of the estate
   31 That the payment of reasonable expenses incurred by the Trustee(s) in carrying out any statutory duty or in the
          performance of his/her/their duty as Trustee(s) be paid as administration costs additional to the Trustee(s)
          remuneration. Such expenses include the expenses incurred for countrywide deeds office searches, credit
          enquiries at Searchworks, ITC or any other credit bureaux, obtaining copies of title deeds, bond documents,
          court orders and any other documents required, postages and petties, and attendance at the Registrar of Deeds
          for the noting of Court Orders.
   33 That the Trustee(s) be and is/are hereby authorised to engage an agent to assist with drafting the liquidation account
   she/he/they may require in the interests of the estate and that the costs thereof be paid out of the funds of the estate
   as part of the costs of administration.
