BYEENKOMS VAN SKULDEISERS IN GESEKWESTREERDE BOEDELS OF MAATSKAPPYE
                             IN LIKWIDASIE
     Ingevolge artikels 41 en 42 van die Insolvensiewet, 1936, artikels 179 en 182 van die Maatskappywet, 1926,en
artikels 339 en 366 van die Maatskappywet, 1973, word hierby kennis gegee dat ’n byeenkoms van skuldeisers in
die gesekwestreerde boedels of maatskappye in likwidasie hieronder vermeld, gehou sal word.
     Die besonderhede word verstrek in die volgorde: (1) nommer van boedel/maatskappy; (2) die naam en
beskrywing van boedel/maatskappy; (3) die datum, uur en plek van byeenkoms en (4) die doel van byeenkoms. (5)
enige additionele aanhangsels of resolusies.
     In ’n plek waar ’n kantoor van ’n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en in ander plekke voor die
Landdros gehou.

   MAGISTRATE BENONI; (4) ADOPTION OF CERTAIN RESOLUTIONS: 1. That the creditors resolve to have Ms Karen
   Keevy removed as Joint Liquidator and that the Master is requested to act there upon. 2. That the Master directs the
   remaining Liquidators to finalize the administration of the estate.

   MASTER OF THE HIGH COURT JOHANNESBURG; (4) ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS AND PROOF OF CLAIMS.
   1. That the report of the trustees has been noted and their actions as referred to therein are approved and confirmed.
   7. That the trustees be authorized to sell all movable and immovable property which may be found by auction or private
   treaty and that the costs incurred be paid as administration costs. 8. That the trustees be authorized to engage the
   services of auctioneers or agents to sell the assets of the estate and to determine the conditions of sale and manner of
   advertising and that the costs incurred be paid as administration costs. 12. That the trustees be authorized to
   compromise and admit any claim against the estate, whether liquidated or unliquidated, arising from any guarantee or
   any other cause whatever, in terms of Section 78(3) of the Insolvency Act, such an amount as may be agreed upon
   between the creditor concerned an the trustees provided that proof thereof has been tendered at a meeting of creditors.
   14. It is resolved that the provisional trustees' "out of pocket" expenses be regarded as items of expenditure and may
   be charged as administration costs that would include: The costs of agents to obtain: 14.1 ITC searches and documents
   14.2 Kredit inform searches 14.3 CIPRO searches 14.4 Deeds Office searches 14.5 Natis documents searches. 15.
   The costs of the use of couriers for the delivering and acceptance of any documents or parcel on behalf of the estate
   when the local postal service is not used. 17. That the administrating trustee is authorized to, when after all payments
   of all final dividends and administration costs, that should there still be an amount of less than R3 000.00 available in
   the estate account, being credit interest received on the account, take such a credit as a refund for further costs of
   paper, stationary, photo copying of documents, additional time spent, etc.
