BYEENKOMS VAN SKULDEISERS IN GESEKWESTREERDE BOEDELS OF MAATSKAPPYE
IN LIKWIDASIE
Ingevolge artikels 41 en 42 van die Insolvensiewet, 1936, artikels 179 en 182 van die Maatskappywet, 1926,en
artikels 339 en 366 van die Maatskappywet, 1973, word hierby kennis gegee dat ’n byeenkoms van skuldeisers in
die gesekwestreerde boedels of maatskappye in likwidasie hieronder vermeld, gehou sal word.
Die besonderhede word verstrek in die volgorde: (1) nommer van boedel/maatskappy; (2) die naam en
beskrywing van boedel/maatskappy; (3) die datum, uur en plek van byeenkoms en (4) die doel van byeenkoms. (5)
enige additionele aanhangsels of resolusies.
In ’n plek waar ’n kantoor van ’n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en in ander plekke voor die
Landdros gehou.

members in terms of section 412(1) of the Companies Act 61 of 1973, as read with item 9 of schedule 5 to the
Companies Act 71 of 2008
1. The liquidators require the creditors to give them the following directions relating to the administration
of Applemed South Africa Proprietary Limited (in liquidation) (“the Company”):
1.1. That the liquidators be authorised to borrow funds, limited to an amount of R350,000.00, as a cost of
administration in the winding-up of the Company, and to pay interest thereon; and
1.2. That all actions of the liquidators already taken in respect of the above, be approved, ratified and
confirmed.
2. The liquidators require the members to give them the following directions relating to the
administration of the Company:
2.1. That the liquidators be authorised to borrow funds, limited to an amount of R350,000.00, as a cost of
administration in the winding-up of the Company, and to pay interest thereon;
2.2. That the liquidators be authorised to exercise the power in terms of section 386(4)(h) to sell the
immovable property of the Company by private contract and to pass transfer thereof; and
2.3. That all actions of the liquidators already taken in respect of the above, be approved, ratified and
confirmed.
