BYEENKOMS VAN SKULDEISERS IN GESEKWESTREERDE BOEDELS OF MAATSKAPPYE
                             IN LIKWIDASIE
     Ingevolge artikels 41 en 42 van die Insolvensiewet, 1936, artikels 179 en 182 van die Maatskappywet, 1926,en
artikels 339 en 366 van die Maatskappywet, 1973, word hierby kennis gegee dat ’n byeenkoms van skuldeisers in
die gesekwestreerde boedels of maatskappye in likwidasie hieronder vermeld, gehou sal word.
     Die besonderhede word verstrek in die volgorde: (1) nommer van boedel/maatskappy; (2) die naam en
beskrywing van boedel/maatskappy; (3) die datum, uur en plek van byeenkoms en (4) die doel van byeenkoms. (5)
enige additionele aanhangsels of resolusies.
     In ’n plek waar ’n kantoor van ’n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en in ander plekke voor die
Landdros gehou.

   FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS: 9. THAT the Liquidators / Joint Liquidators and/or Trustee / Joint Trustees be and are
   hereby authorized to dispose of the immovable and movable assets of the Company / Close Corporation and/or
   Insolvent Estate by either Public Auction or Public Tender or Private Treaty. The mode of sale for any one or more of
   the assets to be at the discretion of the Liquidator / Joint Liquidators and/or Trustees, and all costs incurred in relation
   thereto to be costs in the Liquidation / Sequestration. That actions in having disposed of assets, shares and loan
   accounts, prior to the date of this meeting, be and are hereby approved and ratified, all costs incurred in relation thereto
   to be costs in the Liquidation / Sequestration.” 13. THAT the Liquidator / Joint Liquidator and/or Trustee / Joint Trustees
   be and are hereby authorized and empowered in their discretion, to compromise or admit any claim against the
   Company / Close Corporation and/or Insolvent Estate, whether liquidated or un-liquidated, as a liquidated claim in
   terms of Section 78(3) of the Insolvency Act, as amended, provided that proof thereof has been tendered at a meeting
   of creditors. 26. THAT the trustees are hereby authorized to sell all the household furniture/movable assets to the
   insolvent at the amount of valuation and on such terms and conditions as the trustees may determine. In the event of
   the insolvent not paying the amount, the trustee be authorized to sell the assets by public auction or private treaty. All
   costs incurred will be treated as administration costs..
