                             IN LIKWIDASIE
     Ingevolge artikels 41 en 42 van die Insolvensiewet, 1936, artikels 179 en 182 van die Maatskappywet, 1926,en
artikels 339 en 366 van die Maatskappywet, 1973, word hierby kennis gegee dat ’n byeenkoms van skuldeisers in
die gesekwestreerde boedels of maatskappye in likwidasie hieronder vermeld, gehou sal word.
     Die besonderhede word verstrek in die volgorde: (1) nommer van boedel/maatskappy; (2) die naam en
beskrywing van boedel/maatskappy; (3) die datum, uur en plek van byeenkoms en (4) die doel van byeenkoms. (5)
enige additionele aanhangsels of resolusies.
     In ’n plek waar ’n kantoor van ’n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en in ander plekke voor die
Landdros gehou.

              4. THAT the Provisional/Liquidator(s) be and is hereby authorised to obtain legal opinion from an attorney
   and/or counsel, where such opinion be considered necessary in the interest of the Estate, or in respect of any matter
   affecting the Estate. Further, that the Provisional/Liquidator's(s') actions to date in obtaining such opinions are hereby
   ratified and confirmed.
              5. THAT the Provisional/Liquidator's(s') be and is hereby authorised, at his discretion, to convene and hold
   an enquiry into the affairs of the Company and/or any matter relating to the Estate, and for such purposes to engage
   the services of attorneys, counsel, recording agents and/or any other professional person to assist in, and prepare for,
   the said enquiry, and to summon any person deemed necessary to be present at the enquiry, and that all the costs and
   expenses incurred in relation hereto shall be administration costs of the Estate. Further, that the Liquidator's(s') actions
   to date in convening and holding an enquiry are hereby ratified and confirmed, and that the costs incurred to date shall
   be treated as administration costs of the Estate.
              7. the said arbitration, and to summon any person deemed necessary to be present at the arbitration, and
   that all the costs and expenses incurred in relation hereto shall be administration costs of the Estate. Further, that the
   Provisional/Liquidator's(s') actions to date in submitting any such matters to arbitration are hereby ratified and
   confirmed, and that the costs incurred to date shall be treated as administration costs of the Estate.
