     at the discretion of the Liquidator / Joint Liquidators and/or Trustees, and all costs incurred in relation thereto to be
     costs in the Liquidation / Sequestration. That actions in having disposed of assets, shares and loan accounts, prior
     to the date of this meeting, be and are hereby approved and ratified, all costs incurred in relation thereto to be costs
