   Die besonderhede word verstrek in die volgorde: (1) nommer van boedel/maatskappy; (2) die naam
en beskrywing van boedel/maatskappy; (3) die datum, uur en plek van byeenkoms en (4) die doel
van byeenkoms. (5) enige additionele aanhangsels of resolusies.
   In ’n plek waar ’n kantoor van ’n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en in ander
plekke voor die Landdros gehou.
