                     BY VIRTUE OF SECTION 38 OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT 47 OF 1937
   Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply for the issue of the registered Certificate of Registered Title in lieu
   of Deed of Transfer ST 97842/2007 passed by JOHANNES ALBERTUS VAN NIEKERK IDENTITY NUMBER
   801224 5054 08 4, UNMARRIED in respect of certain A unit consisting of -
   (a) Section No. 39 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS917/2005, in the scheme known
   as BORDEAUX in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at ERF 7100 MORELETAPARK EXTENSION
   72 TOWNSHIP, Local Authority : CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY of which section the
   floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan, is 127 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY SEVEN) square metres
   in extent; an
   (b)       an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance
   with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER ST
   97842/2007 which deed has been lost or destroyed and of which the registered copy has also been lost or
   destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to
   lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the first
   publication in the Government Gazette being 7 JANUARY 2022 and the second publication 14 JANUARY 2022.

   1. Granting an extension of a 3 (THREE) month period prescribed by Section 87(1) of Act 47 of 1937 to register
   the notarial contract annexed to the Founding Affidavit as Annexure “MC1”.

   granting of this order or such further period as may be determined by this Honourable Court.
   3. Granting the Applicants further and/or alternative relief.
   BE PLEASED TO FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the affidavit of the First Applicant together with the annexures
   thereto, will be used in support of this Application.
