Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, i, the Registrar of
Deeds at PRETORIA intend to issue a certificate of registered title in lieu of Deed of Transfer Number T77825/2007
dated 14 June 2007 passed by HERHOLDT GABRIEL in favour of DANIEL NKONYANE 4808175422080 and
MMARAKAU MOTSHWANE HILDA DEBORAH NKONYANE 6701080657089, married in community of property
to each other in respect of certain PORTION 203 OF THE FARM HAAKDOORNBOOM 267, REGISTRATION
DIVISION J.R. PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING 8.5653 (EIGHT COMMA FIVE SIX FIVE THREE)
Hectares, which has been lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS, PRETORIA, 4th floor, Merino Building, 140 Pretorius Street, Pretoria, within six
