NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A TITLE DEED
WHICH HAS BECOME UNSERVICEABLE
BY VIRTUE OF SECTION 38 OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT 47 OF 1937
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply for the issue of the registered Certificate of Registered Title in lieu
of Certificate of Real Real Right SK7522/2007S passed by CORNE HIGGO in my capacity as the Executrix in the
Estate of the late NICOLAAS BURGER JACOBS Estate number 014056/2019 and KOBUS JACOBS, Identity
number 750317 5043 08 8, Married out of community of property in respect of certain Unit consisting of: (a) Section
Number RR4 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan number SS1063/2007 in the scheme known as
8F TYGERVALLEY in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at REMAINING EXTENT of Portion 37
of the farm TYGER VALLEY 334, JR, Local Authority; CITY OF KUNGWINI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which area
of the Real Right according to the said Sectional plan is 2265 (Two thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Five) square
metres in extent; and (b) an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said
section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by Certificate of
Real Right SK7522/2007S, which deed has become unserviceable and of which the registered duplicate is
incomplete.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the first publication in
the Government Gazette being 29 April 2022 and the second publication 6 May 2022.
