Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply for the issue of the registered Certificate of Registered Title in lieu
of Certificate of Real Real Right SK7522/2007S passed by CORNE HIGGO in my capacity as the Executrix in the
Estate of the late NICOLAAS BURGER JACOBS Estate number 014056/2019 and KOBUS JACOBS, Identity
number 750317 5043 08 8, Married out of community of property in respect of certain Unit consisting of: (a) Section
Number RR4 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan number SS1063/2007 in the scheme known as
8F TYGERVALLEY, Sectional Plan SS1063/2007 and which portion of Real Right of the specified portion of the
common property, situated on PORTION 74 OF THE FARM TYGERVALLEY 334, Registration Division JR,
Province of Gauteng, be described as RR4, measuring 2265 (Two thousand two hundred and Sixty five) square
metres.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the first publication in
the Government Gazette being 8 July 2022 and the second publication 15 July 2022
