This Order is made an Order of Court by the Judge whose name is reflected herein, duly stamped by the Registrar
of the Court and is submitted electronically to the Parties/their legal representatives by e-mail. The Order is further
uploaded to the electronic file of this matter on Caselines by the Judge his/her secretary. The date of this Order is
deemed to be 4 April 2023.
                                                IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The application be and is heard as one of urgency in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6(12) of the Uniform
Rules of Court and the non-compliance by the Applicant with the rules of court relating to time periods and forms
of service are hereby condoned.
2. The above Respondent be and is hereby placed under provisional liquidation.
3. A rule nisi be and is hereby issued, calling upon the respondent and/or any other interested parties are called
upon to show cause, if any, to this Court on TUESDAY, 18 JULY 2023 at 10:00, or soon the thereafter as the matter
may be heard, why the Respondent should not be placed under a final liquidation.
4. A copy of this Order be forthwith served upon the Respondent at its registered office, its employees, if any, at its
principal place of business and be published forthwith once in each of the Government Gazette and a local
newspaper.
5. A copy of this Order is to be forthwith served by hand, alternatively by electronic mail, upon the Master of the
High Court and the South African Revenue Service.
6. A copy of this Order is to be forthwith forwarded to each known creditor by prepaid registered post, alternatively,
by electronic mail.
7. The costs of this application are to be costs in the administration of the insolvent estate of the Respondent on
an attorney and client scale.

OF DEEDS at Pretoria, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Certificate of Registered Grant of
Leasehold Number TL167426/2006, passed in 2006, In favour of: AFRICAN GOSPEL CHURCH.
All the right, title and interest in the leasehold in respect of: ERF 177, TEMONG TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION
DIVISION IR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, IN THE EXTENT OF: 1 855 (ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND
FIFTY-FIVE) SQUARE METRES, ORIGINALLY REGISTERED AND STILL HELD UNDER CERTIFICATE OF
REGISTERED GRANT OF LEASEHOLD TL167426/2006 WITH GENERAL PLAN S.G. NUMBER L567/1983
RELATING THERETO, which has been lost or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate of Registered Title are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the Pretoria Registrar of Deeds, Berea Park, 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria Central, Pretoria,
0002 within six weeks after the date of the first publication in the Government Gazette, this being the first publication
in the Gazette.
