Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section Thirty Eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the
Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Nelspruit, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of
Transfer T1343/1985 dated 16 January 1985 passed by BARRY CLAUDE RICHARDSON (born on the 2nd August,
1946) in favour of RAPOELI TRUST (Registration Number IT 1679/1984) in respect of certain ERF 3253 MARLOTH
PARK HOLIDAY TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.U., PPROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, IN EXTENT
2538 (TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY EIGHT) SQUARE METRES which is lost.
All persons having objections to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga, at Nelspruit, with street address 25 Bell Street, Nelspruit, Tel: 013-756-4000,
within six weeks from date of first publication in the Government Gazette.

Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Register Title in lieu of Certificate of Registered Grant
of Leasehold Number TL167426/2006 dated 13 December 2006 in favour of AFRICAN GOSPEL CHURCH in
respect of certain ERF 177 TEMONG TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION IR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG,
MEASURING 1855 (ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE) SQUARE METRES, which has been
lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria within six weeks after the date of the first publication in the Gazette.
