                                          LOST OR DESTROYED DEED (SECTION 38)

   Notice is hereby given under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 47 of 1937, that I, the
   Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Sectional Title in lieu of Certificate of
   Registered Sectional Title ST91/2006(1)(UNIT) (hereinafter “the Deed”) dated 15 February 2006:

   in favour of: CHRISTO DE NECKER, Identity Number 440505 5028 00 2, Married out of community of property

   In respect of a unit consisting of -

   (a) Section Number 1 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 91/2006 in the scheme
   known as STEYNSVLEI 1 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PORTION 266 (A PORTION
   OF PORTION 29) OF THE FARM HONINGKLIP 178, Local Authority: MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of
   which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 399 (Three Hundred and Ninety Nine) square
   metres in extent; and

   (b) an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance
   with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.

   Held by Certificate of Registered Sectional Title ST91/2006 (1)(UNIT)

   Which has been lost or destroyed.

   All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate of Registered Sectional Title are hereby required to
   lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at National Department of Agriculture, Land Reform & Rural
   Development, 600 Lilian Ngonyi Street, Berea Park, Pretoria within six weeks from the date of the publication of
   this notice.
