                                          LOST OR DESTROYED DEED (SECTION 38)

   Notice is hereby given under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 47 of 1937, that I, the
   Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Sectional Title in lieu of Certificate of
   Registered Sectional Title ST91/2006(1)(UNIT) (hereinafter “the Deed”) dated 15 February 2006:

   in favour of: CHRISTO DE NECKER, Identity Number 440505 5028 00 2, Married out of community of property

   In respect of a unit consisting of -

   (a) Section Number 1 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 91/2006 in the scheme
   known as STEYNSVLEI 1 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PORTION 266 (A PORTION
   OF PORTION 29) OF THE FARM HONINGKLIP 178, Local Authority: MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of

this notice.
