I, the Registrar of Deeds Limpopo at Polokwane intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of DEED OF
TRANSFER NUMBER T103997/2007 passed by STEFAN LOMBARD TRUST, Registration Number IT 296/1993.
in favour of BOSCIA EIENDOMS BELEGGINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED, Registration Number 2006/007446/07
in respect of certain: ERF 2203 TZANEEN TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION L.T., LIMPOPO PROVINCE
MEASURING 454 (FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY FOUR) SQUARE METRES
which has been lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with
the Registrar of Deeds Limpopo at POLOKWANE within six weeks after the date of the publication in the Gazette.
