LOST OR DESTROYED DEED SECTION 38 APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that it is the intention to apply for the issue of a CERTIFICATE OF REGISTERED
TITLE IN LIEU OF A LOST DEED, T118659/2007, dated 31 August 2007, in favour of: MISSION POINT TRADING
65 PTY LTD, REGISTRATION NO: 2006/035718/07, in respect of:
PORTION 162 OF ERF 315, POTCHINDUSTRIA TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q,
PROVINCE OF NORTH WEST, IN EXTENT 658 (SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY EIGHT) SQUARE METRES, which
has been lost or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of a CERTIFICATE OF REGISTERED TITLE IN LIEU OF A
LOST DEED are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at the Deeds Registry of
PRETORIA, within a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the first publication of notice being.
