1. The applicants are given leave to change the matrimonial property system that applies to their marriage by
the execution and registration of a notarial contract, a draft which is attached to the First Applicant's Founding
Affidavit and is marked Annexure “JL 1”and which contract, after registration thereof, will regulate their property
system;
2. The Registrar of Deeds is authorized to register the Notarial Contract;
3. This Order:
3.1 will lapse if the Notarial Contract is not lodged with the Registrar of
Deeds within 3 (three) months of the date of granting of this Order; and
3.2 will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the applicants as at
date of registration of the contract.

APPLICATION FOR DEROGATION FOR THE RESTRICTED USE OF AGRICULTURAL REMEDIES
IDENTIFIED AS SUBSTANCES OF CONCERN
This notice is to inform the public of administrative action being taken in relation to the approval of agricultural
remedies under the Fertilizer, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act (Act No. 36 of 1947).
MC Pharma (Pty) Ltd hereby informs the public of its intention to apply for a derogation for the registered
agricultural remedy Tomcat® All-Weather Blox and Mouse Bait (Registration No. L5524), containing the active
ingredient Bromadiolone at a concentration of 0.005% (0.05 g/kg). The product is identified as a substance of
concern due to its classification as a reproductive toxin. The GHS hazard classification identifies the product as
a substance of concern, with a reproductive toxicity category 1B (H360D), reference (ECHA). GHS is the
Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
