Kindly take notice that the Application will be made to the above Honourable Court on the 12 th day of May
2025 at 10h00 or as soon as the counsel may be heard for an order in the following terms:
1. That the Applicant be given a leave to change their matrimonial property system from a marriage in
community of property to marriage out of community of property with the exclusion of accrual system by
executing notarial contract.
2. That the Registrar of Deeds is authorised to register the notarial contract
3. will not prejudice the rights of any creditors of the Applicants as at date of registered of the contract.
NB: the Application will be heard on the 21 st day of July 2025, creditors who wishes to object to the
proposed change of the matrimonial regime or to make any representations in that regard, must do so in writing
