  Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937
  That , PRINSLOO HEYNS FAMILIE TRUST, Registration Number IT1059/1999, intend to issue a Certificate
of Registered Title in lieu of REMAINING EXTENT OF ERF 1741 PRETORIA NORTH TOWNSHIP
REGISTRATION DIVISION J.R GAUTENG PROVINCE IN EXTENT: 2 173 (TWO THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THREE) SQUARE METRES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER NR T89650/2007
which has been lost or destroyed.
   All persons having objection to the issue of such certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing
with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: NORTH GAUTENG at PRETORIA within six weeks after the first date of
the publication of this notice.

  NOTICE OF MOTION
   TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant intends to bring an application to the above Honourable Court, on24
NOVEMBER 2025 , at 10:00 or soon thereafter as Counsel for the Applicant may be heard, for relief to be
granted in the following terms:
  1.         The estate of the First and Second Respondents be sequestrated;
  2.         The costs of this application on a scale as between attorney and client be costs in the sequestration.
  3.         Further and/or alternative relief.
  FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT:
   1. The founding affidavit of Ralph Farrell Lutchman together with its annexures that will be used in support

  2. That the Applicant has appointed VFV Attorneys, c/o Brooks and Braatvedtat 203 Jan Smuts Avenue

  3. If you intend to oppose this application, you are required:
  a) To notify the applicant's attorney in writing of your intention to do so within 20 (twenty) days of date of
service of this application.
  b) Within 15 (fifteen) days after you have given notice of your intention to oppose the application, file your
answering affidavit, if any, service agreements in terms of uniform rule 6(5)(b).
   4. You are required to appoint in such notification an address referred to in uniform rule 6(5)(b) at which you
will accept notice and service of all documents in these proceedings.
    5. If you fail and / or refuse to oppose the application or if you oppose the application but fail and /or refuse to
file your opposing affidavit, the applicant will proceed to enroll on the unopposed motion roll.
