   TAKE NOTICE THAT application will be made on behalf of the Applicants to the above Honourable Court on
the 23 rd day of February 2026 at 10h00 or as soon thereafter as Counsel for the Applicants may be heard for an
order in the following terms:
   1. That the Applicants be granted leave in terms of Section 88 of the Deeds Registries Act, 47 of 1947, to
effect, execute and register the postnuptial contract (with the inclusion of the accrual system), a draft whereof is

governed by the provisions of such postnuptial contract;
  5. The order shall not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the Applicants as at date of registration of the
postnuptial contract;

and MENEZES THEUNIS LODEWYK DE SOUSA.
