Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I,
the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: NORTH GAUTENG at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in
lieu of Deed of Transfer ST77265/2007 dated 12 June 2007 passed by: MMEMOGOLO AARON MALOMANE, in
favour of: TEBOHO RAMATHE, Identity Number: 811224 5467 084, Unmarried, in respect of certain
(a) Section Number 18 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 108/1982 in the
scheme known as PARKBURG in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PRETORIA
TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the

(b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with
the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with

Master of the High Court, Bloemfontein. 2. A Rule Nisi is issued calling upon all interested parties to furnish
reasons, in any, to this Honourable Court on 30 April 2026 09h30 why a final order of liquidation should not be
granted against the Respondent. 3. This order, together with a copy of the notice of motion and annexures
thereto must be served: 3.1 every registered trade union that, as far as the Applicants can reasonably ascertain,
representing any of the employees of the Respondent; 3.2 to the Respondent's employees, by affixing a copy
Application and the provisional order on any notice board to which the Applicants and employees may have
access inside the business premises of the Respondent, or, if there is no access to the premises by the
Applicants and employees of the Respondent, by affixing a copy of the application to the front gate to the
premises from which the Respondent conducted its business; 3.3 the South African Revenue Services; 3.4 the
Respondent; 4. This order shall be published, once in the Government Gazette, and once in the daily newspaper
published and circulating in Free State. 5. Costs of this application on the scale of attorney and client are costs
