  KINDLY TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 16th day of March 2026 at 10h00 or soon thereafter as counsel may be
heard, the above-mentioned Applicants will apply to the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division
Johannesburg, situated at Pritchard Street and Kruis Street, Johannesburg, for an order in the following terms:
   1. Granting the Applicants leave to change the matrimonial property system that applies to their marriage, by
the execution and registration of a notarial contract, a draft whereof is attached to the First Applicant's founding
affidavit and is marked Annexure “A4”, and which contract, after registration thereof, will regulate their property
system.
   2. Ordering the Applicants to authorize the Registrar of Deeds to register the notarial contract within 2 months
of the date of this order .
   3. Confirming that this order shall not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the Applicants as at date of
registration of the contract.
  4. Granting the Applicants further and/or alternative relief as the above Honorable Court deems fit.
